About this role

We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team in Software Engineering as a specialist in software testing. With over 4,00,000 staff across 40 countries and six continents, our company is a leader in customer engagement and business performance.

The successful candidate will have at least 3+ years of experience in software test, integration test, and cloud services. They should be proficient in tools such as Kubernetes, Azure Cloud services, Docker, Octopus based deployments, and Test processes. Experience with automation frameworks like C#, Playwright, Selenium, Specflow, and Rest sharp is also essential.

A strong working knowledge of Agile framework and test cycle in Agile, along with test case design and managing defect workflow, is required. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 to 6 years of experience in test automation with C# ideally within a BDD environment using SpecFlow. Experience with API automation framework development using Restsharp is a must.

Candidates must have expertise in NUnit / MS Test / Specflow, and framework types like data driven, page object/page factory model. Strong knowledge of Selenium for web applications is also necessary. Additionally, experience with Automation Framework and framework design is highly desirable.
