Financial Leadership RoleAbout the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance leader to join our team. As Group Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the group's financial strategy, aligned with business goals.

You will advise the CEO and Board on financial planning, capital allocation, and risk management, ensuring that we make informed decisions that drive growth and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial leadership, with experience in developing and executing financial strategies, managing budgets, and leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the group's financial strategy, aligned with business goals
  • Advising the CEO and Board on financial planning, capital allocation, and risk management
  • Leading the finance team to achieve financial targets and KPIs
  • Managing banking relationships, credit facilities, and loan negotiations
  • Ensuring effective treasury operations, hedging strategies, and liquidity planning
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in financial leadership
  • Experience in developing and executing financial strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • CFA/CAIA certification an advantage
