Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Asset Management Specialist to join our team. As an ITAM Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality asset management services to our customers.


Key Responsibilities
  • Research and develop comprehensive libraries of hardware and software models from major manufacturers.
  • Transform discovery data into actionable information for asset reconciliation, chargeback, and license management.
  • Mentor and lead teams of data analysts in researching market information and normalizing it into content databases.
  • Design and implement processes and controls to maintain and publish new content.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • 4-7 years of experience in IT Asset Management, Hardware, and/or Software.
  • Working knowledge of HAM Pro, CMDB, and other ITAM tools such as ServiceNow, Freshservice, Combodo-ITOP, BDNA, Snow, FlexNet, SCCM, etc.
  • Knowledge of various hardware CI classes and vendors like Cisco, Dell, HP, Lenovo, etc.
  • Good understanding of technologies like ESX, NetScaler, IronPort, Exadata, etc.
  • Implementation of CMDB stand-up projects is a plus.
