
Logistics Business Growth Specialist

The key objective of this role is to drive business growth by identifying and engaging high-value prospects in the USA market through strategic outreach. To accomplish this, you will leverage sales tools to research, identify, and connect with potential clients in the logistics and supply chain industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a robust database of qualified leads with accurate contact and company information.
- Engage with prospects via personalized messages and connection requests, ensuring timely follow-ups to maximize lead conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to align prospecting strategies with company goals and objectives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities within the U.S. logistics and freight forwarding space.
- Analyze and report on prospecting activities, lead generation metrics, and conversion rates to optimize business development strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, prospecting, or sales support (freshers with strong knowledge can apply).
- Familiarity with sales tools and CRM systems is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently during U.S. night hours.
- Attention to detail, with strong organizational and research skills.
