Strategic Bidding & Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Bid Strategist & Business Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our bidding team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing high-impact proposals, and leading our sales strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in Upwork bidding, with expertise in proposal writing, negotiation, and client communication. You will be able to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective strategies to drive conversion rates and revenue growth.

About the Role:

As a Bid Strategist & Business Growth Specialist, you will:

  • Develop and execute bids that meet or exceed client expectations;
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform our sales strategy;
  • Collaborate with our team to develop high-quality proposals and pitches;
  • Provide expert advice on pricing, packaging, and delivery to optimize our offerings;
  • Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge;

Requirements:

  • Expertise in proposal writing, negotiation, and client communication;
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills to track conversion and performance;
