Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to lead our technology initiatives and drive business growth.

  • Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems for optimal performance and high availability.
  • Oversee the desktop engineering team to provide end-user support and ensure smooth operation of desktop computing resources.
  • Develop and implement IT policies, standards, and procedures for system security and reliability, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with departments to understand technology needs and provide effective solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

Required Skills:

  • Advanced experience managing and troubleshooting virtual machine environments, expertise in hypervisor technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
  • Expertise in software & hardware troubleshooting across systems and platforms.
  • Strong experience in network architecture, internet connectivity, IP addressing, subnetting, and routing protocols.
  • Proficient in Active Directory management, including group policies, user provisioning, and authentication services.
  • Excellent network administration skills, configuring routers, switches, firewalls (Palo Alto), and VPNs.
  • Experienced with server management, installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows Server, Red Hat Linux, and Ubuntu servers.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML configurations (CUDA) to support data analytics and business intelligence initiatives.
  • Understanding and familiarity with GPU / HPC servers.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with software development frameworks and languages (Java, C#, Python, JavaScript).
  • Experience with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and services.
  • Experience with IT service management tools and frameworks (ITIL, ServiceNow).
