Our company operates in five key areas: outsourcing, financial services, recruitment, advisory, and software development. Each division works closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals.
About the Job:
This role involves overseeing the implementation of corporate decisions to enhance operational efficiency, reviewing financial transactions to identify cost-saving opportunities, and developing strategies to drive growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will have experience managing teams, developing and implementing policies, and collaborating with executive leadership to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Oversee the implementation of corporate decisions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Review financial transactions to identify cost-saving opportunities and develop strategies to reduce costs.
- Manage a team of professionals to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective and consistent support and execution.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 8 years' experience in US operations management, with at least 3 years in upper management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with extensive knowledge of US operation principles, procedures, and best practices.
- Experience managing a team of 40+ people, with a strong focus on workflow and team management.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in US Accounts and knowledge of CAS (Client Accounting Services) and US Taxation.
