We are h3 Technologies, LLC, a pioneering real estate sales organization dedicated to driving growth and excellence in the industry. We seek an exceptional Assistant General Manager (AGM) - Real Estate Sales to lead our sales initiatives in Gurugram.
Salary Range: ₹12,00,000 - ₹20,00,000 per annum, depending on experience
Job Description:
As AGM - Real Estate Sales, you will be responsible for leading high-performing sales teams, driving revenue growth, and building long-term client relationships within the real estate sector. Key responsibilities include:
- Sales Leadership:
- Drive and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business objectives.
- Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure performance excellence.
- Set clear objectives and monitor team KPIs for effective sales execution.
- Client Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Market Analysis:
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations for product or service improvement.
- Operational Excellence:
- Ensure seamless execution of sales processes, including lead generation, follow-ups, and closures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to enhance service delivery.
- Reporting & Analytics:
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports to senior management.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics and implement corrective actions where needed.
Qualifications:
To be successful as AGM - Real Estate Sales, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in B2B and B2C sales, especially in the real estate sector.
