About the Role

As a Senior Process Associate, you will be responsible for managing cash operations, Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP) functions. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills and prior experience in US Treasury or related accounting processes.

Critical to this role is your ability to reconcile daily cash positions with bank accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You will also support AR and AP functions as needed, guaranteeing compliance with internal controls, policies, and US accounting/treasury standards.

You will assist in preparing treasury-related reports for management review and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies. Additionally, you will identify process improvement opportunities in cash management and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage cash operations and treasury processes
  • Monitor daily cash positions and reconcile with bank accounts
  • Support AR and AP functions
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies
Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong knowledge of US Treasury processes and/or AR & AP functions
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting/treasury tools
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
