Job Title: Relationship Manager

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking an experienced relationship manager to drive growth of liabilities and investment business from branch and retail customers.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of developing, managing, and expanding customer relationships by providing exceptional service levels that exceed client expectations in key segments.
  • Responsibilities include identifying current and potential relationships with additional revenue potential, growing business volumes to increase share of customer wallet, and achieving sales targets across various products.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for increasing CASA balance through deepening existing relationships or acquiring new customers, prospecting and acquiring new NRI customers through multiple channels, and building strong relationships with NRI clients by understanding their financial goals and offering personalized banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage banking and investment relationships to drive overall growth of liabilities and investment business from branch and retail customers.
  • Develop and manage customer relationships to provide service levels that exceed client expectations in key customer segments.
  • Identify current and potential relationships with additional revenue potential and grow business volumes to increase share of customer wallet.
  • Achieve sales targets across liabilities, retail assets, business banking, forex, cards, investments, and other products.
  • Increase CASA balance through deepening existing relationships or acquiring new customers.
  • Prospect and acquire new NRI customers through multiple channels including referrals, networking, and digital platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with NRI clients by understanding their financial goals and offering personalized banking solutions.
