Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Executive located in Jalandhar, Kapurthala & Phagwara. The Relationship Executive will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, offering consultations on housing loans, and guiding clients through the entire process from property search to securing a loan. The role involves maintaining and building relationships with clients, managing their accounts, and ensuring excellent service delivery and client satisfaction. The executive will also be required to assist in marketing and sales activities as part of business development.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of housing products, including the satisfaction of regulatory and company standards
- Experience in sales and marketing, along with an understanding of market trends in the financial services sector
- Proficiency in client account management and the ability to navigate various administrative and financial software
- Capability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Prior experience in the banking or financial sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
