Job Overview

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Service Leadership: Lead a high-performing team of customer support representatives, fostering a positive work environment and promoting exceptional customer service.
  2. Talent Development: Identify, recruit, and develop top talent, providing coaching and training to enhance job performance.
  3. Process Improvement: Analyze customer interactions and develop actionable insights to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  4. Critical Thinking: Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and provide timely solutions.
Requirements:Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in customer support or customer service role, with at least 5 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
