We are seeking a highly skilled investment professional to support our investments team.

About the Role:
  • Support analysis and research at every stage of the investment decision, risk management and investment monitoring process for clients.
  • Focus on various aspects of institutional investing, including data collection and analysis, investment strategies research, performance reporting and related investment consulting support functions.
Main Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports for clients.
  2. Analyze performance of different investment options and overall plan.
  3. Communicate with investment and custodians to gather and/or clarify client-specific data for reporting.
  4. Manage client communications and reviews, ramp-ups, and ongoing transitions.
  5. Define, delegate, monitor, and participate in employee engagement activities.
  6. Mentor and lead a team of analysts across different processes.
  7. Troubleshoot issues on projects and own accountability.
  8. Drive Process Improvements.
  9. Manage relationships with BusinessProcess Owners and senior management.
  10. Evaluate client satisfaction and ensure compliance with all internal and client policies.
  11. Provide timely updates to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • Graduate degree in finance (in addition to accounting, economics or mathematics) and progress towards CFA and CIPM will be preferred.
  • Knowledge of Python and SQL.
  • Strong understanding of investment-related terminology in written and verbal communication in English.
  • Experience in analyzing investment portfolios or researching investment managers located outside of India.
  • Computations of returns (money weighted / time weighted) for Defined Benefit and NFP clients.
  • Exposure to Global Capital Markets and working knowledge of various Asset Classes and Investment Strategies and performance attribution.
  • Good command on MS Office applications (MS-Excel, MS-Word, PowerPoint).
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, manage multiple priorities, and work in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines and quick turnaround projects.
