Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage the investment research practice with profit and loss responsibility, identify growth opportunities through new products or market entry, provide leadership support to the delivery team, achieving quality and operational excellence, assist the business development team in winning new clients, establish best practices in employee engagement and training, support marketing initiatives, write thought leadership papers, and represent the company on media platforms.
Personal Attributes:
  • Team-oriented with excellent communication skills, capable multitasker with attention to detail and analytical orientation, strong customer focus with excellent client management skills, high achiever, driven, motivated to deliver results, excellent sales and business development skills.
Preferred Candidate:
  • Total 15 years of experience, with at least 7+ years of experience managing teams in investment research, relevant background in research within the BFSI industry, ability to provide strategic insights and financial analysis to buy-side and sell-side clients, manage equity research processes including global stock coverage, financial modeling, and valuation assessments, lead investment due diligence for private equity, M&A advisory, and corporate finance clients.
