Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Research Professional to join our team.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models with scenario analysis
  • Conduct in-depth DCF, relative, SOTP and other relevant valuation methods
  • Build accurate assumptions and valuation with clear rationale
  • Screen large datasets to identify investment ideas and support portfolio managers in their investment decisions
  • Discuss investment ideas and stock updates with portfolio managers
  • Prepare earnings reviews, previews, attend conference calls and management meetings
  • Create and update databases
  • Analyze news and market trends
  • Handle ad hoc research requests

Maintain excellent communication with clients and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have

  • Exceptional financial modeling and research report-writing/presentation making skills
  • Ability to think through drivers and KPIs across various sectors
  • Strong client relationship management skills and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple workflows with tight deadlines
  • Numerical abilities
  • Building complex, error-free models with well-defined revenue/cost driver assumptions
  • Carrying out earnings sensitivity analysis
  • Providing own valuation views after conducting relative, DCF-based or industry appropriate valuations
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Writing in a logical and structured manner that requires minimal rework
  • Experience with creating bulletins and one-page summaries
  • Linking macro/industry analysis to the output
  • Building effective presentations
  • Collecting news; summarizing and providing analysis that adds value; and preparing charts, tables, and databases
  • Familiarity with technologies such as Python, SQL, Power BI, etc is advantageous
