Key Responsibilities
  • Design and configure Enterprise Planning, Financial Consolidation & Close (FCCS), and Account Reconciliation (ARCS) solutions in Oracle EPM Cloud.
  • Partner with clients to gather requirements, map processes, and design future-state models aligned with best practices.
  • Configure planning models, consolidation rules, and reconciliation profiles to support budgeting, forecasting, close, and reconciliation processes.
  • Develop calculation rules, business logic, dashboards, and reports for actionable insights.
  • Manage data flows between EPM applications and source systems for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Conduct workshops, prototype sessions, user acceptance testing, and provide go-live and post-implementation support.
  • Stay current on Oracle updates to recommend new capabilities enhancing client outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience delivering Oracle EPM Cloud implementations with hands-on expertise in Enterprise Planning, FCCS, and ARCS.
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and account reconciliation processes.
  • Proficiency in configuring calculation rules, forms, dashboards, and integration workflows in EPM Cloud.
  • Familiarity with EPM Automate, Data Management, and integration with ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills guiding clients through business and system design.
