Life and Wellness Coach Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking qualified Life & Wellness Coaches to join our coaching network as independent contractors. Our coaches partner with clients in a safe, non-judgmental, and empowering space that facilitates exploration, self-discovery, and growth.

Job Description:

As a Life and Wellness Coach, you will provide structured coaching sessions to clients via video or phone. Your responsibilities will include supporting adults in setting goals, building confidence, and encouraging action to achieve their goals for common life challenges related to stress, relationships, career, health & wellbeing, and personal development areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide coaching sessions to clients via video or phone.
  • Support clients in setting goals, building confidence, and taking action to achieve their goals.
  • Maintain a calendar displaying your availability and keep track of session notes.
  • Collaborate with our provider support team and other stakeholders as needed.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong foundation in coaching principles and practices. You should possess a minimum of 100 hours of post-training coaching experience and be credentialed with a globally recognized coaching body. Additionally, you should be adaptable across various life, professional, and/or health & wellbeing related challenges and have training and experience in evidence-based modalities of support.

What We Offer:

As an independent contractor, you will have the flexibility to work on your own schedule and set your own rates. You will also have access to our dedicated provider support team and other resources to help you succeed in your coaching practice.
