Talent Acquisition Specialist

">Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the recruitment team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of recruiters in high-volume recruitment initiatives.

">Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Recruitment Account Managers and Recruitment Managers to support the client's recruitment life cycle.
  • Provide timely updates on contracts, including renewals and terminations.
  • Support the HR Manager with onboarding new hires.
  • Create effective spreadsheets to track various items, such as issue logs, interview logs, job posting logs, candidate logs, and action item logs.
  • Attend team meetings and client meetings.
  • Set up meetings and make reservations for senior management.
  • Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure new jobs are opened in it daily.
  • Submit candidates through the client portal.
  • Review and track updates published on the client portal.
  • Cultivate knowledge of candidate sourcing and screening principles.
  • Coordinate background checks and contract renewals.
  • Monitor recruiter performance and implement process improvements.
">Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Exceptional English oral and written skills; fluency in English preferred.
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite and recruitment tools.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and manage competing priorities.
