Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for leading the hiring process for data analytics roles, ensuring that we attract and hire top talent in this field.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, with a focus on data analytics hiring. They will have experience managing a team of recruiters and developing strategies to source and attract top candidates. A proven track record of success in hiring data analytics professionals is essential.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment. The successful candidate will be able to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, and provide expert guidance on recruitment best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top data analytics talent
  • Manage a team of recruiters to ensure seamless execution of hiring processes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements and develop tailored solutions
  • Provide expert guidance on recruitment best practices to internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, data management, computer science, business analytics, or related field
  • 12-14 years of overall experience, with 4+ years of experience in data analytics hiring
  • Team management experience of at least 4 years
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and tools for data analytics hiring
  • Proficiency in data analysis and finding trends
