Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Professional with expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes. The successful candidate will partner with stakeholders, leverage cutting-edge recruitment technology, and deliver a seamless candidate experience while hiring for mid to senior-level roles across various functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, referrals, and passive candidate engagement.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand talent needs and workforce planning requirements.
  • Manage and optimize vendor partnerships to ensure quality hiring outcomes.
  • Utilize advanced Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools for reporting and insights.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives, campus hiring programs, and internship pipelines.
  • Deploy psychometric and technical assessment tools to support fair and effective selection.
  • Implement and enhance recruitment automation / AI-based screening solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Track, measure, and report recruitment metrics to leadership.
Requirements
  • 4–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a similar setup.
  • Proven track record of hiring for engineering and support functions at mid to senior levels.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management and vendor management capabilities.
  • Exposure to psychometric and IT assessment platforms.
  • Experience in campus hiring and early talent programs.
  • Familiarity with recruitment automation / AI-enabled tools is a plus.
Preferred Certifications
  • Talent Acquisition, HR Analytics, or any relevant HR certifications will be an added advantage.
