Senior Talent Acquisition Manager JobWe are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the talent acquisition strategy, developing and implementing effective recruitment plans, and building a high-performing workforce.Talent Acquisition Strategy:
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Design and implement effective sourcing channels to identify and engage high-quality candidates.
Candidate Experience:
  • Drive a seamless and engaging recruitment journey from first interaction to onboarding.
  • Evaluate and improve the candidate experience to ensure professionalism and transparency at every stage.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of recruitment experience with a strong focus in managing talent acquisition portfolios.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field.
  • Proven track record of building high-performing teams and scaling recruitment processes.
