International Student Enrollment Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our team in international student enrollment. The successful candidate will oversee the entire admission process, collaborating closely with universities and educational institutions worldwide to facilitate admissions, provide expert counseling to students, and ensure compliance with visa requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of coaches/country counselors to achieve monthly/yearly targets.
  • Ensure compliance with visa requirements and assist students with their visa applications.
  • Coordinate with the admissions team to review and evaluate student applications.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with universities and educational institutions across various countries.
  • Stay updated on changes in education policies, immigration regulations, and market trends.
  • Address any issues or concerns raised by students and provide prompt resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to admissions and student interactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in international recruitment and student counseling.
  • In-depth knowledge of study abroad destinations.
  • Familiarity with visa requirements and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and organizational abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

  • Minimum 3+ years experience in Study Abroad Domain and 5+ overall experience.
  • Minimum 40 Visa per counselor in a year and 320-400 visa at manager level with a team of 8-10 country Counselors.
