Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the mechanical shift operations of CRM Finishing Lines. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who possess strong knowledge in industrial safety standards, statutory requirements, and maintenance experience in Continuous Annealing, Continuous Galvanizing, Tandem Mill, and Finishing Lines.

  • Maintain a high level of awareness regarding industrial safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Utilize expertise in maintenance of Continuous Annealing, Continuous Galvanizing, Tandem Mill, and Finishing Lines to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
  • Investigate and resolve industrial hydraulic issues efficiently.
  • Develop basic understanding of SAP as an end-user to improve process efficiency.
  • Analyze breakdowns to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Key Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in plant maintenance, industrial hydraulics, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong technical skills in SAP, Industrial Hydraulics, and Plant Maintenance.
