Section Maintenance Expert

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Section Maintenance Expert to join our team.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing plans and schedules for maintenance and operations, with a focus on optimum utilization of manpower and materials. This includes maintaining accurate inventories of spare parts and ensuring their timely availability in coordination with the stores department.
  • To prevent accidents and ensure adherence to all safety norms, regular inspections must be undertaken.
  • The ideal candidate will also identify areas of obstruction or breakdowns and take proactive steps to rectify equipment through the application of troubleshooting techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement plans and schedules for maintenance and operations, focusing on optimal utilization of manpower and materials.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventories of spare parts and ensure timely availability in coordination with the stores department.
  • Safety and Quality: Undertake regular inspections to prevent accidents and adhere to all safety norms.
Requirements:
  • Educational Qualifications: Relevant degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance and operations, preferably in a section or similar environment.
