Job Summary

This role is responsible for leading the daily operations of a branch, ensuring a smooth workflow and adherence to organizational standards.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills, able to motivate and supervise staff to meet performance targets and deliver quality service.

Achieving branch sales and business development goals by promoting products and services is also a key aspect of this position.

Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Additionally, the Branch Operations Manager will be responsible for monitoring cash management, security, and compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Maintaining proper records, reports, and documentation for audits and inspections is also essential in this role.

Coordination with regional/head office for business plans, marketing campaigns, and operational updates is another key responsibility.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or related field, and 5–10 years of experience in branch operations, sales, or team management are required for this position.
