Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and foster high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain proper records, reports, and documentation for audits and inspections.
  • Coordinate with regional/head office for operational updates, business plans, and marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct staff training, performance evaluations, and recruitment activities.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security standards in the branch.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in branch operations, sales, or team management (banking or retail preferred).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving ability and customer-centric approach.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and compliance.
  • Proficient in MS Office and branch management software.
