Key Responsibilities:

The Interior Designer should have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create modular designs based on client conversations. You will need to communicate effectively with clients to assess their needs and adjust your approach accordingly. Additionally, you must stay up-to-date with interior design trends to provide the best possible solution for our clients.

  • To own the sales funnel and drive sales closure.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience during a project.
  • Lead and ensure quality and accuracy of design deliverables.
  • Own the entire project lifecycle.

Requirements:

Graduation or relevant diploma required. 0-2 years of experience as an interior designer preferred. Knowledge of design tools such as PPT presentation and AutoCAD essential. Expertise in conceptual design, technical design, modular design, and civil works desirable.

Skills:

We are seeking candidates with strong communication skills, result-oriented attitude, team work ability, integrity and ethics. A high degree of willingness to learn and the ability to drive performance among team members is also required.
