Interior Space Planner

We are seeking an experienced and versatile Interior Space Planner to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should bring strong spatial expertise, excellent client-handling skills, and the flexibility to visit project sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualise and develop spatial plans for corporate, residential, retail, and hospitality projects.
  • Prepare detailed spatial layouts, architectural drawings, and 3D renderings to communicate design ideas.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure flawless execution.
  • Source materials, furniture, and finishes in line with design, quality, and timelines.
  • Conduct site visits to assess conditions, monitor progress, and validate execution against design.
  • Prepare BOQs, quotations, and presentations, and participate in professional client negotiations.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets for on-time delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and related tools.
  • 4–5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects with a strong portfolio.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills (written & spoken English).
  • Strong creative thinking with the ability to translate ideas into impactful designs.
