Job Description:As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our network of healthcare providers. Your primary objective will be to onboard independent doctors, clinics, and small hospitals across the city onto our platform.
Key Responsibilities:- Approach and engage with healthcare professionals to explain the benefits of our platform.
- Highlight the advantages of increased patient footfall, discounted consultation and cashback programs, and easy referrals for labs and home-delivered medicines.
- Ensure seamless onboarding of doctors, including listing them on our platform and facilitating their first appointment or patient referral for payout.
- Onboard diagnostic labs and medicine stores near the partnered doctors, explaining the benefits of working together for patient referrals, discounted tests and medicine billing, and using our free Practice Management System (PMS).
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proven experience in sales and sales management
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial
- Experience in the healthcare industry is advantageous
