Job Overview

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive the growth and expansion of our Telehealth and Wellness services. As a strategic business development professional, you will be responsible for driving commercial strategy, developing aggressive go-to-market plans, and identifying high-value growth opportunities across enterprise, B2B, and remote workforce segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute commercial strategy for Telehealth and Wellness services, ensuring alignment with business objectives and global expansion goals.
  • Lead client relations and commercial partnerships, leveraging deep market intelligence to identify new revenue streams, partnerships, and innovative service models.
  • Drive user adoption, monetization, and revenue growth across Telehealth and digital wellness platforms, working closely with marketing and product teams to optimize platform offerings and improve conversion paths.
  • Establish and manage dashboards for sales KPIs, deal velocity, win rates, and revenue forecasting, ensuring strong CRM discipline and data accuracy across all stages of the sales funnel.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or other medical-related disciplines.

Minimum 10+ years of experience in healthcare, wellness, maritime, or service-based industries, with a proven track record in B2B sales, client management, and team leadership.

Strong ability to drive strategy and execution with clear commercial outcomes, exposure to maritime or remote workforce wellness, and familiarity with telehealth platforms or wellness services.
