We are seeking a skilled professional to drive strategic growth initiatives and support the leadership team in sales, business development, and product growth.

The Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify new opportunities, partnerships, and go-to-market plays that align with our vision.
  • Sales Strategy: Design, refine, and track sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Customer Relationships: Build trust with clients through proactive communication and ensure long-term growth and loyalty.
  • Product Growth: Partner with product teams to identify growth levers and market opportunities that maximize revenue potential.
  • Research & Insights: Conduct deep market research, competitor analysis, and financial modeling to inform strategic decisions at the founder's level.
  • Project management: Work collaboratively with multiple teams – sales, product, marketing, and engineering – to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Strategic, analytical, and data-driven mindset.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills to articulate ideas, strategies, and updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability in dynamic environments.
  • Proactive, ownership-driven, and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • MBA in marketing or sales preferred but not required.
