We are seeking an experienced and innovative Performance Marketer to drive paid campaign strategies across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and e-commerce platforms, ensuring optimal ROI.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), return on ad spend (ROAS), and conversion data to inform strategy and enhance efficiency.
  • Insights & Reporting: Prepare and present detailed performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, prioritizing optimal ROI and budget allocation.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest social media and advertising trends to stay ahead of the competition and enhance engagement.
  • Influencer Partnerships: Collaborate with influencers to create high-performing content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Brand Initiatives: Work closely with brand and creative teams to ensure messaging consistency across all touchpoints, reinforcing brand identity.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in Performance Marketing within e-commerce or D2C brands, with a proven track record of driving results.
  • Budget Expertise: Proven experience handling large annual budgets, ensuring effective budget management.
  • Tools: Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, e-commerce marketplace platforms, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, including A/B testing, conversion optimization, and attribution modeling, to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Creative Input: Basic knowledge of design tools for creative collaboration, enhancing visual appeal and brand consistency.
