As a Campaign Operations Associate, you will play a vital role in the successful execution of advertising and promotional campaigns across digital platforms. Your expertise in managing campaign setup, launch, and monitoring will ensure seamless delivery while meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will be responsible for evaluating campaign deliverables before execution, identifying operational bottlenecks, and resolving configuration issues.

In this role, you will also prepare reports and dashboards with actionable insights, supporting cross-functional teams for operational coordination. Additionally, you will monitor compliance and quality control processes to ensure adherence to delivery timelines and standards. Your ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and effectively communicate with cross-functional teams will be essential to your success.

This position requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail, proficiency in handling digital advertising platforms and spreadsheets, as well as familiarity with campaign management tools. A proven track record of managing multiple projects and effective communication skills are also necessary. If you have knowledge or understanding of digital marketing, it is an added advantage.
