**ServiceNow ITOM Developer/Architect Job Opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM developer and architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB design with a passion for scalable, reliable, and high-impact ITOM solutions.

As a senior-level professional, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end ITOM solution architecture, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Defining the ITOM roadmap, best practices, data governance models, and architectural standards.
  • Designing scalable, enterprise-grade CMDB models aligned with ITIL and business needs.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Providing guidance to development teams and ensuring solutions are aligned with overall IT strategy.

You will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining ServiceNow ITOM modules, developing patterns, probes, and sensors for automated discovery of on-premise, hybrid, and cloud infrastructures, and integrating third-party tools like SolarWinds, AWS CloudWatch, and Azure Monitor with ServiceNow.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

  • 6+ years of ServiceNow experience with a focus on ITOM.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Discovery and Service Mapping.
  • Solid understanding of CMDB, CI classes, and CI relationships.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow scripting.
  • Deep understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, cloud).
  • Experience with MID Server deployment and troubleshooting.
