Global Womenswear Buyer and Merchandiser

As a key player in our womenswear collections, you will lead sourcing, product development, and merchandising from concept to delivery. Your primary focus will be on finding and securing the right fabrics, trims, and suppliers that bring our vision to life while meeting standards of quality, cost, and sustainability.

You will contribute significantly to our global expansion efforts by establishing connections with buyers and multi-brand stores (MBOs) across the UK, Dubai, and Europe—helping us place our collections in new markets.

This role requires someone with deep sourcing expertise and commercial awareness to balance creativity with business growth.

  • Sourcing Leadership:
  • Identify, evaluate, and secure reliable fabrics, trims, and production partners while building lasting vendor relationships.
  • Range Planning:
  • Create seasonal line plans that strike a perfect balance between creative vision and market demand.
  • Buying and Costing:
  • Negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive costs while maintaining exceptional quality.
  • Pricing and Margins:
  • Develop pricing strategies that optimize profitability without compromising on creativity.
  • Product Development:
  • Manage collection timelines from initial sampling to final production, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Market Insights:
  • Track trends, competitor assortments, and customer preferences to inform strategic decisions.
  • Calendar Management:
  • Oversee collection calendars to ensure seamless flow across design, sampling, and production.
  • Performance Review:
  • Analyze sales data and feedback to refine future collections and drive business growth.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration:
  • Partner closely with Design, Pattern, and Production teams to bring our collections from concept to customer.
  • International Outreach:
  • Support our global presence by connecting with buyers and MBOs across the UK, Dubai, and Europe.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Fashion Management, Buying, or Merchandising.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in sourcing, buying, and merchandising (luxury/RTW preferred).
  • Strong sourcing network and expertise in textiles, trims, and production partners.
  • Skilled in garment costing, pricing, and margin management.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and confident with retail math.
  • Comfortable with cross-functional collaboration.
  • Bonus: exposure to international buying, sales, or business development.
  • Above all, proactive and passionate about building a new language of luxury.
