Job Description:

The Pricing Analyst III plays a pivotal role in driving the company's profitability by delivering comprehensive cost/pricing analysis during the bid and proposal process. This involves managing the overall cost/pricing process while ensuring the effective analysis of customer requirements, development of competitive bid pricing, and contribution to winning proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft strategic pricing plans and processes to enhance existing projects
  • Generate reports reflecting metrics and project status, client-level P&L, objectives, and KPIs
  • Effectively communicate findings to relevant departments within the organization
  • Collaborate with the sales and delivery teams to define pricing structures for services offered by the company
  • Demonstrate the ability to read and understand technical/requirement documents as well as legal documents such as customer contracts
  • Identify opportunities based on market trends and industry conditions
  • Establish ideal pricing structures and sales funnels

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.S/B.A) from a four-year college or university and 5-8 years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Navigate senior internal and external personnel in their area of expertise
  • Exhibit good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
  • Proven experience developing clear and accurate deliverables from SME and technical source materials
  • Prior experience building pricing models
  • Display critical thinking skills, develop well-reasoned analysis, identify the relevance and importance of information, understand logical connections between ideas, and solve problems systematically as well as creatively
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, capable of building consensus and partnership
