Job Title: Enterprise Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to fill the role of Enterprise Infrastructure Specialist. This position is ideal for an experienced system administrator looking to take on new challenges and contribute to the success of our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our enterprise infrastructure, including Windows Server environments, Microsoft 365, Azure, and SharePoint. They will also provide advanced system administration, troubleshooting, and migration services to ensure a secure, reliable, and scalable IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, configure, and troubleshoot complex Windows Server environments (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, File/Print services).
• Maintain virtualized environments (Hyper-V, VMware, or Azure Virtual Desktop) and ensure seamless integration with our existing infrastructure.
• Perform patch management, upgrades, and system performance optimization to ensure optimal performance and security.

Microsoft 365 & Azure Administration:

• Administer O365 tenant services, including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
• Manage Azure AD, Conditional Access Policies, Security & Compliance Center, and other related services to maintain a secure and compliant environment.
• Configure and maintain Intune MDM/MAM for endpoint security and compliance, ensuring that all devices meet the required security standards.

SharePoint & Power Platform:

• Administer and support SharePoint Online/On-Prem, including site collections, permissions, and workflows, to ensure efficient collaboration and data management.
• Design, implement, and maintain Power Automate (Flow) solutions for business process automation, streamlining workflows and improving productivity.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and reports integrating data from multiple sources, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.

Migration Projects:

• Lead and execute migrations to O365, SharePoint Online, and Azure, minimizing downtime and ensuring data integrity throughout the process.
• Perform email and data migrations (Exchange, PST, file shares, SharePoint, legacy systems) to ensure a seamless transition to our new infrastructure.

Security & Compliance:

• Implement identity and access management (IAM) best practices to ensure secure authentication and authorization.
• Monitor and respond to security alerts and incidents across O365/Azure, maintaining a high level of security and compliance.

Support & Mentorship:

• Provide advanced technical support for escalated incidents and problem management, resolving complex issues efficiently.
• Create documentation, SOPs, and runbooks for IT operations, ensuring that knowledge is shared and retained within the team.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers in troubleshooting and best practices, promoting continuous learning and growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in Windows Server administration, with a strong focus on advanced system administration and troubleshooting.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 & Azure Administration, including O365 tenant services, Azure AD, and Conditional Access Policies.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and other related services.
• Expertise in SharePoint Online/On-Prem, Power BI, and Power Automate, with a proven track record in implementing and maintaining these technologies.
• Experience with Intune, Endpoint Manager, and security tools, ensuring that all devices meet the required security standards.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls, load balancers), with experience in designing and implementing secure network architectures.
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell for automation and administration, with experience in creating scripts to automate repetitive tasks.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with a strong focus on resolving complex issues efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft certifications (MCSE, MS-100, MS-101, AZ-104, AZ-305, etc.), demonstrating expertise in Microsoft technologies.
• Experience with hybrid cloud environments, including on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Familiarity with third-party migration tools (Quest, BitTitan, ShareGate, etc.), ensuring a smooth transition to our new infrastructure.
• Knowledge of SIEM, SOC monitoring, and advanced security tools, maintaining a high level of security and compliance.

• Strong communication and documentation skills, with experience in creating clear and concise documents.
