Job Title: Infrastructure Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in helping us achieve our goal of delivering seamless and efficient services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building strong relationships with Infrastructure Leads, peers, and OPS teams
  • Providing technical expertise and support for daily operational issues
  • Overseeing operational tasks and ensuring accurate documentation is maintained
  • Assisting in the resolution of incidents, service requests, and problems
  • Ensuring smooth system performance and resolving any technical issues that may arise

You will work closely with the business to deliver new services and ensure continuity in service provision. Your technical skills will be essential in managing third-party vendors, checking technical conditions of IT equipment, and monitoring system performance.

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure management or Wintel administration
  • Service delivery, client orientation, and customer service skills
  • Advanced technical troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • A working knowledge of ITIL compliance standards and Microsoft certifications (Windows Servers, O365, Azure, AWS)
