Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Director to lead our IT infrastructure services team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and proven leadership skills.

The successful applicant will be responsible for leading a team of infrastructure experts, driving alignment with global IT strategy, and ensuring the availability, reliability, and performance of on-premises and cloud-hosted infrastructure platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of infrastructure specialists.
  • Drive alignment with global IT strategy focused on automation, scalability, and cloud native architecture.
  • Represent infrastructure delivery in global planning and governance forums.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure operations.
  • At least 5 years in leadership roles managing global or regional teams.
  • A good understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Experience with traditional data center infrastructure, container strategies, DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities in a complex, fast-paced environment.
