Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to lead our infrastructure operations, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security of systems across the organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of IT infrastructure including servers, storage, cloud, networks, and databases.
  • Ensure uptime, performance, and reliability of enterprise systems and applications.
  • Monitor capacity, system performance, and implement preventive maintenance.
  • Establish IT service continuity and disaster recovery plans.
  • Lead and mentor infrastructure engineers, system administrators, and IT support staff.
  • Manage vendor relationships and service providers.
  • Define SLAs and ensure compliance across IT operations.
  • Develop and implement IT infrastructure strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Drive cloud adoption, virtualization, and automation initiatives.
  • Optimize costs while ensuring performance and scalability.
  • Stay updated with emerging infrastructure technologies.
  • Ensure infrastructure meets security, compliance, and regulatory requirements (ISO, GDPR, SOC2, etc.).
  • Implement access controls, backup strategies, and patch management.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to safeguard IT systems.
  • Lead infrastructure projects such as data center migrations, cloud implementations, or upgrades.
  • Work with project managers and business stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing IT infrastructure operations, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including servers, storage, cloud, networks, and databases.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to define and implement IT infrastructure strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Experience with cloud adoption, virtualization, and automation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of security, compliance, and regulatory requirements (ISO, GDPR, SOC2, etc.).
