Procurement Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Procurement Function. This key role will report into the global Category Management Lead and be accountable for delivering procurement excellence across Infrastructure, Logistics categories.

• Create strategic sourcing initiatives and manage vendor relationships
• Analyze cost savings opportunities and negotiate favorable contract terms
• Develop and implement supplier performance metrics and drive category compliance

The successful candidate will lead a high-performance team, ensure effective implementation of best-in-class procurement practices, and contribute to delivering results defined by the procurement plan. They will also create and manage RFI, RFP, RFQs, and have a strong understanding of Spend Analysis and Contract Management.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Relevant years of experience in Sourcing, Category Management in Manufacturing, BPO industries
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications like Excel, Word, PowerPoint
