Job Overview

The position of Enterprise Application Specialist is available, focusing on the development and maintenance of high-level enterprise-grade applications, particularly those utilizing Appian BPM and database environments.

This role demands a combination of technical expertise and strong problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication abilities to ensure seamless interaction between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating and enhancing application functionality, guaranteeing continuity and efficiency.
  • Implementing troubleshooting procedures, resolving issues, and optimizing workflows.
  • Managing deployments, version upgrades, and infrastructure components.
  • Providing production support and meeting defined service level agreements.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders for requirement gathering and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Conducting workflow design and optimization using Appian BPM.
  • Troubleshooting and supporting templates and integrations.
  • Supporting integration components using APIGEE and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Analyzing data to provide resolutions to business queries.
  • Maintaining traceability and transparency through tools like JIRA.
