Our enterprise clients require a highly skilled associate project manager to lead IT and managed services projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of IT and managed services projects, adhering to scope, schedule, and performance standards.
  • Drive service delivery with a focus on governance, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for critical issues, coordinating swift resolutions with minimal business impact.
  • Maintain a consistent reporting cadence (weekly, monthly dashboards, progress updates) to clients and leadership.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships through clear, empathetic, and professional communication.
Requirements
  • A solid foundation in project management concepts – risk management, scope management, stakeholder management, change management, and decision logging.
  • Proven experience delivering projects in a managed services environment, including SLA management and governance models.
  • Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies with hands-on delivery experience.
  • Demonstrated ownership and accountability, driving deliverables with minimal supervision.
  • Highly organized with excellent documentation skills and the ability to maintain a structured, transparent, and reliable source of truth.
