**Job Description:**

As a seasoned IT Project Manager, you will lead strategic technology initiatives across enterprise environments with a focus on managing projects involving business applications and systems. Your strong leadership skills, structured methodologies, and effective stakeholder engagement will ensure successful delivery.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project management for IT initiatives involving business applications and enterprise systems
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
  • Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery
  • Manage project scope, risks, issues, and change control processes
  • Provide regular project updates and executive-level reporting to C-suite and senior leadership

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5 years of IT project management experience in enterprise environments

• Demonstrated experience with Epic, Infrastructure, and InfoSec

• Proven experience managing projects involving business applications, such as ERP, CRM, financial systems

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)

• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet)

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field

• PMP certification required
