The Role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise-grade projects for some of the world's largest organizations.
This is a client-facing leadership role that goes beyond execution—requiring you to optimize frameworks, improve processes, and mentor delivery teams to ensure world-class outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Lead the full project lifecycle: planning, execution, delivery, and closure.
Build and manage high-value client relationships, ensuring stakeholder trust.
Deliver measurable business outcomes and ROI from engagements.
Anticipate and manage risks, escalations, dependencies, and scope changes.
Continuously improve delivery methodologies and client engagement models.
Mentor and guide teams, driving efficiency and quality.
Act as the primary client-facing leader for enterprise transformation projects.
Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.5+ years of project management experience in IT or BPO within a leading System Integrator (SI).
Proven track record managing complex projects with multiple modules.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills with hands-on delivery expertise.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and CXO-level presentation skills.
Proficiency with PM tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, etc.).
Strong grasp of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban methodologies.
Familiarity with scaled Agile frameworks, product, and portfolio management.
Certifications (one or more): PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, SAFe, CSPO.
Nice-to-Have Skills Experience managing AI projects and/or working with US clients.
Domain expertise in Banking, Financial Services, Healthcare, or Telecom.
Familiarity with cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP).
