Strategic Process Improvement Specialist

A Business Analyst works closely with internal teams to improve processes and decision-making. They conduct research and analysis to develop solutions to business problems, which are then presented to management.
- Data Analysis: Identify trends and patterns in complex data sets using statistical methods and reporting tools like Power BI and Google Sheets.
- Database Management: Understand database structures and ensure data integrity and accuracy in reporting and analytics.
- Predictive Analytics: Utilize statistical models to forecast future trends and outcomes based on historical data.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop insightful dashboards and visualizations using Power BI or Tableau, integrating various data sources for enhanced insights.
- Platform Expertise: Leverage Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads to track performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
- Report Automation: Automate report generation and distribution to enhance efficiency and accuracy in business operations.
To be successful as a Business Analyst, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in a SaaS product-based company.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MySQL, SQL Server, Python, Power BI, Google Sheets, and AWS S3.
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
