Job Description

As a seasoned financial leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's financial strategy and direction. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and implementing comprehensive financial policies, procedures, and internal controls that ensure compliance and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial planning and analysis processes to support informed decision-making
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and statements to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis and provide actionable insights to drive strategic growth and development
  • Coordinate budgeting processes, working closely with department heads to establish annual budgets and monitor variances
  • Prepare financial forecasts and models to support long-term planning and optimization
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders
  • Communicate financial results and insights to senior management and other stakeholders
