Lead UX Designer

This role is a great opportunity for an experienced UX designer to lead the design process and drive innovation in digital products. As a Lead UX Designer, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end UX design processes, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and driving user-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead UX design process from research and ideation to high-fidelity prototyping
  • Design wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile platforms
  • Define and maintain information architecture and UX documentation
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and tech teams
  • Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
  • Manage and mentor a team of UX designers and researchers
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of professional experience in UX/design
  • Strong digital portfolio with well-documented UX case studies
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping platforms
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, Architecture, or equivalent experience

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of human-centered design principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
