The Role:
You'll oversee online presence across our website and social media channels, creating engaging campaigns and shaping the customer experience. This role combines storytelling with analytics, focusing on sales, marketing, and user growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage our online store, ensuring it remains fresh and easy to navigate.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, growing our social presence thoughtfully.
- Analyze sales funnels, suggesting improvements to boost conversion rates.
- Build and maintain a basic CRM to nurture repeat customers.
Required Skills:
- 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, preferably with consumer brands.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify and social media business tools.
- Understanding of performance marketing and analytics.
- Creative eye for brand-aligned content and ability to brief designers.
- Curious and analytical mindset, comfortable learning from data.
Location: Mumbai, India. Hybrid work arrangement with remote possibilities.
