Lead Digital Experience Designer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Digital Experience Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design community, you will play a vital role in shaping our digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.

About the Role

In this position, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design intuitive, memorable, and scalable experiences that meet the needs of our customers. Your expertise in concept and usability testing, design thinking, wireframing, prototyping, branding, identity design, and digital marketing will be essential in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Lead primary and secondary research to inform design decisions and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Develop deep expertise in concept and usability testing, design thinking, wireframing, prototyping, branding, identity design, and digital marketing.
  • Create personas through user research and data, define interaction models, and evaluate their success.
  • Find creative solutions to UX/UI problems, focusing on usability, findability, human experience, and transformative design.
  • Collaborate with UI designers to implement designs with high attention to detail and craftsmanship.
  • Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers, business stakeholders, and other teams across digital channels.
  • Maintain detailed design documents, including design systems and chapter charters.
Requirements and Skills
  • Conducted end-to-end user research, including IDI and GDs.
  • Strong portfolio of design projects, preferably consumer-facing.
  • Background in project management and managing design teams in high-intensity growth environments.
  • Proficient in interaction design, information architecture, SDLC software (Figma, Zeplin, JIRA, Adobe CS, Google Suite), and knowledge of HTML/CSS, Flutter, JavaScript.
  • Problem-solving aptitude, analytical mind, and interest in business systems and processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
